Speed, Strength, Power & Change of Direction
Quarantine provides a huge window of opportunity for each of us to better ourselves in 3 areas: Brain, Body, Behavior
This program is designed to span four weeks with five workouts per week. Three days of the week are designed for Strength/Core, two days are designed for speed, change of direction, plyometrics or footwork drills. It is expected that daily you will do mobility work along with the warm up.
Remember it is our philosophy is to PLAY FAST! While strength building is important, it does not matter how strong you are in the weight room if you can’t functionally move your body on the field. It is paramount that we focus our attention on mobility, running form, and change of direction as much as strength to maximize your athleticism.
